Match with Arts and Culture European Project

The “MentorCult” web platform is an Open Education Resource (OER) that collects tools, learning methods, interviews, stories, presentations, films as well as an opportunity to exchange and inspire. It also includes exercises for mentoring skills, assessment tools, activities for mentors and learners, storytelling on mentoring for disadvantaged youth as well as for cultural activists.

This web platform is addressed to young people, mentors, mentoring coordinators, policy makers, staff and coordinators of NGOs, cultural institutions and connects them all to exchange their experiences on cultural mentoring.

Goals & Objectives

The main goal of the “Match with Arts and Culture” project is to promote cultural mentoring as a tool for social inclusion of young people.
The project idea is based on linking together two powerful engines of change and integration for young people – mentoring and culture. The partnership built in the project will develop, apply and analyze different methods for mentoring disadvantaged groups in order to bring them closer to culture and arts and to improve their social skills and integration.
